Dana Point, Calif. - August 1, 2000 - Irealms Inc. an internet gaming pioneer today announced the formation of Digital Transit, Inc. Digital Transit, is a venture backed software company incubated by Infinite Realms. Digital Transit was formed to pursue wireless market opportunities using software technology developed by Irealms for it's online gaming business. The formation preceeded Series A venture financing led by Nokia Venture Partners of Menlo Park, Calif. Irealms continues to hold a ownership interest in Digital Transit.
